Welcome to TukTuk.pk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tuktuk.pk and any orders you place through our store. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
TukTuk.pk is an online store based in Pakistan. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Accounts
You may browse our store without an account, but placing an order requires you to provide accurate contact and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud — and to issue a full refund in that case.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in PKR and may change at any time before you place an order. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment methods listed at checkout. If your chosen payment method is not approved, your order will not be processed.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship across Pakistan via our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are 2–7 working days depending on your city. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that customized or personalised products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started.
7. Customised products
When you order a customised product (for example, an item with your name, photo, or text printed or engraved on it), please double-check the customisation details before submitting your order. Once production has begun, customisation cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
8. Product information
We try to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing variation. Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed at the moment of order.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the TukTuk.pk name, logo, product photos, descriptions, and page designs — is the property of TukTuk.pk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
10. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to break our security, scraping our content at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or harassing our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders from accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, TukTuk.pk's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date refreshed accordingly.
