TukTuk.pk ships nation-wide across Pakistan. This page explains our delivery timelines, charges, and what to do if there's a problem with your shipment.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all major cities and most towns in Pakistan via our courier partners. If your area is not serviceable, our system will let you know at checkout.
Delivery timelines
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) — 2–4 working days.
- Other cities and towns — 4–7 working days.
- Customised products — production time is added on top of the delivery time; the expected dispatch date will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier load, or events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We frequently offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — see the cart page for the current threshold.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can also view tracking details from your account under My Orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier — most couriers do not carry change.
Failed deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you after 2 attempts, your order will be returned to us. Re-shipping a returned COD order is subject to a re-delivery charge.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it from the courier and contact us immediately. If you've already accepted the parcel and find the product damaged inside, email support@tuktuk.pk within 48 hours with clear photos.
